It is quite the process and we are working through it excitedly! Can't wait to serve the best burgers in the Burg from our very first brick and mortar restaurant! James is self-taught cook with plenty of practice coming from a large family and now having a large family of his own. He has a passion for good food and an even greater love for sharing that food. He is always working the truck or talking about it! Truly a labor of love.
