James is self-taught cook with plenty of practice coming from a large family and now having a large family of his own. He has a passion for good food and an even greater love for sharing that food. He is always working the truck or talking about it! Truly a labor of love.

Whether it’s through volunteering for the Spotsylvania Athletic Booster Club, where James served as president, or donating proceeds to the schools we serve, we always strive to do our part.
